Ecuador's Fishery Exports to the World

In the year 2022, Ecuador's exportable supply of fishery products (excluding aquaculture products) was destined for 83 countries, of which 21 are European Union member states.

Exports to the EU accounted for approximately 40% of the total exported value of fishery products in 2022, mostly consisting of tuna loins and canned tuna (94%). If we add what was exported to the United States, the figure nearly reaches 60%.
